1. Exhibition goods for TOOL TECH + SMART WELDING AUTOMATION FAIR 2026 should be marked on invoice and B/L.
2. Exhibitors should submit 3 copies of shipping documents such as invoice, packing list and B/L to the secretariat office and freight forwarder not latter than Sep. 11, 2026.
3. Exhibition goods must arrive at Busan port or Incheon Airport by Oct. 7, 2025.
4. Exhibits and consumable goods should be separately marked on invoice and packing list and should be packed separately.
5. The following details should be clearly marked on all documents to be submitted to the secretariat office.
